Return policy

Return process

Our return process is very simple, only three steps:

1. Send an email to notice@destinytextil.com to let us know your order number and the reason for the return, so that we can better serve you, and we will contact you as soon as possible according to your request.

2. Including the manufacturer's packaging, and ensure that the label is intact!

3. After obtaining the return authorization, you only need to ship the package back to the designated location, and we will refund the package immediately after receiving your returned package!

Return period

If you confirm the return, please contact us for return within 30 days after receiving for the package. Our products are brand new. Please make sure that the packaging and labels of the products are intact and the products should be in the same condition as when they were signed.

We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Return and refund under special circumstances

Wrong goods

There is no perfect thing in the world. If the package you received is not your order, please let us know within 3 days of signing the package, and we will arrange the return and re-shipment for you.

Damaged package

If you receive a defective package, please contact us within 3 days of signing for the package, and we will quickly resolve the problem with you.

Package lost

If you have not received your package beyond the delivery time, please send an email to notice@destinytextil.com immediately. We will track the order in time and contact the transportation company to confirm whether the goods are lost. If the goods are indeed lost, we will promptly process a refund or re-delivery.

About return shipping costs

If you return the product because of a defect in the product or the wrong product, no replenishment fee is required, and we will bear the transportation cost of the return.

If you have received the correct product and want to return it due to personal reasons, you do not need any replenishment fee, but we are sorry that you need to pay the shipping cost of the returned product yourself.

Exchange

If you want to return an item, the easiest way is to return it for a refund, and then order a new item you like. If you decide to exchange goods, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will try to cancel your old order within 24 business hours.

If the old order has been shipped, the buyer needs to return the package in time after receiving the package, and bear the return shipping cost.

Change the shipping address

If you need to modify the signing address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will try to modify the signing address and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If the order has been shipped, we are very sorry, and there is nothing we can do.

The wrong address may cause the package to be lost, and the customer needs to bear the loss. So when placing an order, be sure to confirm that your shipping address is accurate.

Refund policy

We provide fast refund service.

If your order has not been shipped yet, after canceling the order, we will process a full refund within 1~2 business days after receiving your return request.

If your package has been sent, we will arrange a full refund within 1~2 business days after receiving your returned package.

The refund will be returned to your account in the original payment method, and the corresponding information will be sent to you after the refund is executed.
